1.临床资料 患者,男,37岁,主因头晕、乏力2个月住院。入院查体:T37℃,贫血貌,浅表淋巴结不大,胸骨无压痛,心肺无异常,肝脾不大,化验Hb60g/L,WBC70×10~9,BPC100×10~9/L,骨髓增生极度活跃,单核系明显增生,原始、幼稚单核细胞占94％,POX(+),SB(+),NaF/NAE抑制试验(+),诊为急性非淋巴细胞白血病M_5,经DAVP_(16)方案1疗程获完全缓解(CR),停化疗后第6天,白细胞下降至0.4×10~9 / L,同时发现左大腿内侧有一肿块,核桃大,局部红、肿、痛,次日出现发热,体温39.8℃,肿块进行性增大,疼痛渐加剧,考
