国内的整车制造及零部件企业应将自己非核心业务外包给第三方物流公司,这样不但可以降低成本,而且将缩短整个制造过程的时间。在过去的2009年里,由于受到全球金融危机的影响,全球的汽车销售产量出现了萎缩状态,中国为应对此次金融危机,确保汽车销售量稳步较快的增长,出台了一系列促进汽车消费的政策,包括《汽车产业调整和振兴规划》、《物流业调整和振兴规划》等一系列积极措施,这也使得我国汽车销售量,首次超越美国成为了世界汽车产销量第一大国,因此汽车物流研究也日益受到各界学者的重视。
