BALB/c小鼠皮下接种EMT-6肉瘤后,脾有核细胞数增多,但单位重量脾组织有核细胞数保持相对稳定。接种肿瘤后1、2和4周分批腹腔注射SRBC免疫动物,免疫后4天取脾,用液相单层技术测定脾脏PFC反应。在肿瘤生长的1,2周免疫鼠PFC反应明显增强,分别相当于同龄对照鼠的185.0%和373.5%,而按定量细胞计分别相当于同龄对照鼠的126.9%和114.8%。移植肿瘤后4周免疫鼠PFC值较前者降低,相当于同龄对照鼠的291.0%和64.5%。PFC反应的增加远落后于有核细胞数的增多,说明抗原反应细胞的功能减弱。
After BALB/c mice were subcutaneously inoculated with EMT-6 sarcoma, the number of splenic nucleated cells increased, but the number of nucleated cells per unit weight spleen remained relatively stable. The animals were immunized intraperitoneally with SRBC at 1, 2 and 4 weeks after inoculation. The spleens were removed 4 days after immunization, and the PFC responses of the spleen were measured using a liquid monolayer technique. The PFC responses of the immunized mice at 1 and 2 weeks of tumor growth were significantly increased, which corresponded to 185.0% and 373.5% of the control mice of the same age, respectively, and were equivalent to 126.9% and 114.8% of the control mice of the same age in terms of quantitative cell counts, respectively. The PFC value of the immunized mice was lower than that of the former at 4 weeks after transplantation, equivalent to 291.0% and 64.5% of the control mice of the same age. The increase in PFC response lags far behind the increase in the number of nucleated cells, indicating that the function of antigen-reactive cells is diminished.
