面对新教材、新课改,有些教师的“新教法”与“新思想”存在着各种问题和不足之处.就我个人的认识简单归纳如下.一、观念陈旧,盲目课改放眼观望,在我们周围的很大一部分教师并未摆脱传统教育观念的束缚.首先,他们对老教材“情深似海”,不忍割舍,他们的理解是“新课程=老教材+新增内容”.于是,在教学中,新、老教材“一锅烩”,深入挖掘知识点,对教学内容
In the face of new textbooks and new curriculum reforms, there are various problems and deficiencies in some teachers’ “Protestant Law” and “New Ideas.” My personal understanding is briefly summarized as follows. First, the concept is obsolete, and blind reforms take a wait-and-see attitude. A large part of the teachers around us have not escaped the shackles of the traditional concept of education. First of all, their old textbooks are “like deep in the sea” and they are not tolerated. Their understanding is “new curriculum = old textbook + new content.” As a result, in teaching, new and old teaching materials are “one-pot”, and they dig deeper into knowledge points and teach content.
