介绍了一种航空有机玻璃粘接用双组份高强度聚氨酯胶黏剂,该胶黏剂的室温剪切强度为10MPa,剥离强度为5.0N/mm;100℃剪切强度为5.0MPa,剥离强度为3.0N/mm;-55℃剪切强度12MPa,剥离强度为3.0N/mm。在水中浸泡48h后,剪切强度和剥离强度均有所增加,为11.2MPa和5.3N/mm。并且探讨了聚酯多元醇合成的配方优化及真空脱水时间、催化剂、贮存时间以及聚酯多元醇与固化剂质量比对性能的影响。实验结果表明:催化剂采用自制的催化剂,聚酯多元醇与固化剂质量比约为1:1,固化剂略过量,并且合成聚酯多元醇真空脱水时间为180min时,胶黏剂有良好的性能。
A two-component high-strength polyurethane adhesive for aviation plexiglass bonding is introduced. The adhesive has room-temperature shear strength of 10 MPa, peel strength of 5.0 N / mm, shear strength of 5.0 MPa at 100 ° C., The strength is 3.0N / mm; the shear strength at -55 ℃ is 12MPa, the peel strength is 3.0N / mm. The effects of vacuum dehydration time, catalyst, storage time and mass ratio of polyester polyol to curing agent on the properties of polyester polyol were discussed. The experimental results show that: the catalyst using self-made catalyst, polyester polyol and curing agent mass ratio of about 1: 1, a slight excess of curing agent, and synthetic polyester polyol vacuum dehydration time of 180min, the adhesive has good performance .
