为实现对不同气体按一定比例进行混气,并能实现对混气比例进行远程修改和微调,以分立供气轴快流CO2激光器气体单元为研究对象,首次将占空比控制思想用于混合气体配气,并提出了基于PLC、人机界面(触摸屏)相结合的控制系统设计方案,该方案不仅为采用占空比工作方式进行气体混合配比提供了可能,而且首次实现了通过直接修改人机界面可视化输入框的参数值来实现对不同气体在混合气体中所占比例的远程微调和修正,同时也提高了设备生产、调试、维修的可操作性和工作稳定性。这一控制方案也适用于其他需要对气体(或流体)按一定比例进行配比的控制场合。
