肠道支架参与癌性肠梗阻治疗2例

【摘要】 目的：探讨肠道支架在癌性肠梗阻治疗中的应用。方法：对2例结、直肠癌所致的肠梗阻患者，在X线透视下，内镜引导在梗阻部位行暂时性金属内支架置入术，并选择性行一期结直肠癌切除吻合术。结果：2例均成功置入金属内支架, 置入后24—48h肠梗阻症状缓解，肠道准备后均作了一期结直肠癌切除吻合术，未出现感染及吻合口瘘等并发症。结论：X线透视下经内镜引导暂时性金属内支架置入可有效地缓解结、直肠癌引起的梗
