针对企业开发钢帘线时遇到的破断拉力偏差大,且时有不合格的问题,采用正交试验法对生产工艺参数进行优化。通过在不同工艺条件下的试验,得到了较优的工艺参数:镀铜丝直径1.40 mm,抗拉强度1 250 MPa,湿拉采用正公差模具。同时找出影响钢帘线破断拉力的主要因素为镀铜丝直径。实践表明,采用优化后的工艺参数生产的产品,各项性能指标均符合用户标准要求,产品使用性能稳定。
For the development of steel cord encountered when the breaking tensile deviation, and sometimes unqualified issues, the use of orthogonal test method to optimize the production process parameters. Through the experiments under different technological conditions, the better technological parameters were obtained: the diameter of copper plated wire was 1.40 mm, the tensile strength was 1,250 MPa, and the wet pull was using positive tolerance die. At the same time find the main factors affecting the breaking force of steel cord copper wire diameter. Practice shows that the use of optimized process parameters of the product, the performance indicators are in line with user standards, product performance and stability.
