为进一步提高原发性肝癌的早期阳性检出率。用OlympusAU1000全自动生化分析仪、FT630G微机多探头γ计数仪对41例原发性肝癌患者进行了甲胎蛋白(AFP)、aL岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)及γ谷氨酰转肽酶(γGT)的测定,并与30例肝硬化患者进行了对比分析。结果三项指标的联合检测,对原发性肝癌的敏感性由AFP、AFU、γGT单项检测的73.7%、78.05%、80.49%上升为97.56%。说明三项指标的联合检测,可提高原发性肝癌的阳性检出率,尤其对AFP阴性及AFP低浓度的患者,更具临床诊断价值。
To further improve the early detection rate of primary liver cancer. Results The joint detection of the three indicators, the sensitivity of primary liver cancer by AFP, AFU, γ GT single test of 73.7%, 78.05%, 80.49% increased to 97.56%. The combined detection of the three indicators can increase the positive detection rate of primary liver cancer, especially in patients with AFP negative and low AFP concentrations, and have more clinical diagnostic value.
