广西农村幼儿园教师在职培训近几年来在培训制度、培训机构建设、参训人数等方面都获得了较大的发展。但是在发展过程中依然面临着培训讲师队伍质量不高,培训内容针对性不强,不考虑幼儿园发展和教师需求,培训方式方法落后,培训效果脱离实际等问题,应重视园本培训,把培训内容与幼儿园发展计划、教师实际需求紧密结合,运用参与式培训、研讨法等先进的成人培训方法,多管齐下达到显著的培训效果。
In recent years, on-the-job training of teachers in rural rural kindergartens in Guangxi has gained a great development in terms of training system, training institutions and attendance. However, in the process of development, we should still face the problems of poor quality of training instructors, poor pertinence of training content, lack of consideration of kindergarten development and teachers’ needs, backward training methods and effect of training, The content is closely integrated with the kindergarten development plan and the actual needs of teachers. The advanced training methods for adults, such as participatory training and seminars, are used to achieve significant training results in a multi-pronged approach.
