目的研究不同细菌中无机元素含量的差异,以达到快速筛选细菌的目的。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法分析副溶血弧菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、福氏志贺氏菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌6种细菌中28种无机元素的含量,找出各自具有代表性的特征元素。结果不同细菌的无机元素浓度分布有较大区别。副溶血弧菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、福氏志贺氏菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的特征元素分别为B、Cu、Th、Na、K、Pb。结论特征元素可以结合临床症状,用于细菌鉴别。
Objective To study the difference of inorganic elements in different bacteria so as to achieve rapid screening of bacteria. Methods The contents of 28 inorganic elements in six kinds of bacteria of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Staphylococcus aureus, Shigella flexneri, Bacillus cereus, Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhimurium were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry Each has a representative characteristic element. Results The distribution of inorganic elements in different bacteria is quite different. The characteristic elements of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Staphylococcus aureus, Shigella flexneri, Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhimurium are B, Cu, Th, Na, K and Pb, respectively. Conclusion The characteristic elements can be combined with clinical symptoms for bacterial identification.
