做任何工作,一般都要先有个设想,然后根据设想进行工作。在进行中或工作进行到某个阶段后,还要把工作结果与原来的设想进行对比,这一过程通常叫检查。用检查的结果再来改进我们的工作和修改原来的设想,这一过程在管理学中叫处理。这就是我们工作的一般规律,国际上把它统称为PDCA循环,它是英文plan(计划)、Do(执行)、Check(检查)、Action(处理)4个词的第一个字母组合。
Do any work, generally have a vision, and then work according to the idea. In progress or work to some stage, but also the results of the work to be compared with the original idea, the process is usually called inspection. Use the results of the inspection to improve our work and modify our original ideas. This process is called management in management. This is the general law of our work. Internationally, it is referred to as the PDCA cycle. It is the first letter combination of the four English words plan, Do, Check and Action.
