目的探讨不同修复材料用于口腔修复的抗摩擦性能。方法将2011年1月-2013年7月我院行口腔修复的115例(130颗牙)患者随机分为树脂组38例(44颗)、金属组36例(42颗)、陶瓷组41例(44颗),随访3个月后修复效果。结果经修复治疗,树脂组出现4例松动脱落,显著高于金属组,差异有统计学意义;陶瓷组3例牙齿破裂,金属组3例牙龈畸形或出血,高于其它两组,但无显著差异;三组修复成功率无统计学差异。结论三种材料用于口腔修复性能上各有优缺点,抗摩擦性能无显著差别,应根据患者实际情况选择合适材料。
Objective To investigate the anti-friction properties of different prosthetic materials for oral repair. Methods From January 2011 to July 2013, 115 patients (130 teeth) undergoing oral repair in our hospital were randomly divided into 38 cases (44 cases) of resin group, 36 cases (42 cases) of metal group and 41 cases of ceramic group (44), followed up for 3 months after the repair effect. Results After the repair treatment, 4 cases of resin group appeared loosening and falling, which was significantly higher than that of the metal group, the difference was statistically significant; 3 cases of ceramic group had ruptured teeth, 3 cases of gum group deformity or hemorrhage in the metal group, but no significant difference Difference; the success rate of the three groups of repair was not statistically different. Conclusion The three kinds of materials have their own advantages and disadvantages of oral rehabilitative properties, and their anti-friction properties are not significantly different. Appropriate materials should be selected according to the actual situation of the patients.
