本工作使用EGS4程序首先对CANBERRA公司生产的BEGe3830型γ谱仪的探测器主要参数逐项进行了表征。在此基础上,用蒙特卡罗模拟计算了距探测器表面12.63cm几何位置处点源发射的低、中、高能γ射线的全能峰探测效率,并与实验测量值进行了比较,其相对偏差好于3%(表1),能满足测量要求。然后用蒙特卡罗模拟计算了使用BEGe3830型γ谱仪测量土壤样品中90Sr的子体90Y发射的2.28MeV高能β产生的韧致辐射效应。使用标准土壤样品(φ7.0cm×5.87cm,340g)
This work using EGS4 program first of CANBERRA company BEGe3830 gamma spectrometer detector main parameters were characterized one by one. On this basis, Monte-Carlo simulation was used to calculate the detection energies of all-round peaks of low, middle and high-energy γ-rays emitted from the point sources at the 12.63cm geometry.
