由于结构上的限制,踏板车一般采用无级变速传动机构,最常采用的是齿形皮带无级变速器,与干式自动离心蹄块式离合器和二级减速传动装置配合使用。无级变速机构的传动速比随摩托车油门的大小变化而变化,使用便捷。但随着使用时间的延长,特别是摩托车频繁加减速、爬坡、超载运行等,其自动离心变速器、齿形皮带和干式离心离合器极易磨损。因此,本文从以下几个要点,对无级变速传动机构的检修进行论述。
Due to the structural limitations, the scooters usually adopt the continuously variable transmission mechanism, the most commonly used is the toothed belt CVT, which is used together with the dry type automatic centrifugal shoe clutch and the second reduction gear.
