中国经济经历了30多年的高增长,经济社会发展积累了一系列深层次的问题,如果深入分析就会发现,这些问题都与行政不完善与不合理的体制有关,社会管理和公共服务职能薄弱,也与行政管理不合理的制度安排和运行息息相关,权力行使的非理性,权利滥用,权钱交易,这都与政府管理不完善和干部执行力有待提高有着直接的联系。因此,加大力度实施行政改革,提高政府管理,增强领导干部的执行力已经成为中国行政管理体制改革的重点,就此,本文探讨了行政改革的经验总结,并提出了对政府管理和干部的几点意见。
The Chinese economy has experienced 30 years of high growth and a series of deep-seated problems have been accumulated in its economic and social development.
