阿坝州“5.12”地震后病媒生物监测结果分析

目的掌握地震灾区病媒生物种类、密度动态,为科学合理有效地控制病媒生物,切断传染病传播途径提供依据。方法按照四川省卫生厅下发《汶川地震灾区病媒生物监测方案(试行)》的要求,于2008-06/10,在阿坝州汶川、理县、茂县、小金和松潘5县地震重灾区开展蚊、蝇、鼠密度监测,蚊、蝇密度统一用目测法,鼠密度用鼠迹法。结果共监测22周次。监测安置点达249点次;蚊平均密度2.71只/(人工.小时);鼠平均密度2.07处/2000m;蝇平均密度0.91只/m2,蝇密度以厕所、垃圾监测点最高。结论地震后,经过各级疾控工作人员和相关部门的努力,使阿坝州病媒生物总体密度控制在较低水平,避免了病媒传染病的发生。 Objective To understand the species and density of vector in earthquake - stricken areas and provide evidence for controlling vector vectors scientifically and effectively and cutting off the transmission of infectious diseases. Methods According to the requirements of the “Pathogen Biomonitoring Program for Wenchuan Earthquake Disaster Areas (Trial)” issued by Sichuan Provincial Department of Health, the project was carried out in the hardest hit areas of Wenchuan, Li County, Maoxian, Xiaojin and Songpan Counties of 2008 in the county of Aba Mosquitoes, flies, mouse density monitoring, mosquito, fly density unified visual method, mouse density using the mouse trace method. A total of 22 weeks were monitored. The monitoring and resettlement points reached 249 points. The average density of mosquitos was 2.71 / (artificial hour). The average density of mice was 2.07 / 2000m. The average density of flies was 0.91 / m2. Conclusion After the earthquake, the overall disease vector density in Aba Prefecture was controlled at a low level through the efforts of disease control staff and related departments at all levels, avoiding the occurrence of vector-borne diseases.
