为了创造新的雄性不育品系,2000年在保加利亚普罗夫迪失(plovdiv)园艺与罐装研究所对辣椒(C.annuum)的花粉育性进行了研究,参试者为亲本P_1:1647 Zm(ms8),亲本P_2:栽培种1644—Kurtovska kapja和523—Viktoria和它们的F_1,F_2杂种。确立了部分隐性纯合基因(msms)的致死性,组合1647×1644kr和1647×523v的F_2代育性分离不是预料中的不育株:可育株为3∶1,而分别为6∶1和10∶1。发现母本系的可育株,F_1和F_2的杂合子Msms中Ms基因呈现不完全显性,其结果花粉育性变异很大。所研究的栽培种中,花粉育性亦有同样的变异性。
In order to create new male-sterile lines, the pollen fertility of C. annuum was studied at the plovdiv Institute of Horticulture and Canning in Bulgaria in 2000 with the parents P_1: 1647 Zm (ms8), parents P_2: Cultivars 1644-Kurtovska kapja and 523-Viktoria and their F_1, F_2 hybrids. Fatality of some recessive homozygous genes (msms) was established, F 2 generational combinations that combined 1647 × 1644kr and 1647 × 523v were not expected to be sterile: 3: 1 for fertile plants, and 6: 1 and 10: 1. The results showed that pollen fertility varied greatly among the fertile plants of the maternal line, Msms of the heterozygous Msms of F_1 and F_2. Among the cultivars studied, pollen fertility also had the same variability.
