社会利益是当前法学界关注的一个焦点,对其内涵、独立性和评判标准等问题学者们已多有揭示和探讨。社会利益的法律调整涉及多个部门法,本文试图从经济法的角度,在解析社会利益基本属性的基础上,从理念和制度层面,探讨经济法和社会利益的关系。 Social interests are the focus of attention of the current jurisprudence circle, and scholars of its connotation, independence and criteria for judgments have been more exposed and discussed. The legal adjustment of social interests involves a number of sectoral laws. This article attempts to explore the relationship between economic law and social interests from the perspective of economic law and on the basis of analyzing the basic attributes of social interests from the perspective of philosophy and system.
