采用高频感应熔炼技术,获得Mg_xZr_(1-x)B_2合金(x=5%、10%和20%)。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜分析试样显微结构和化学组成,并且对其进行差热分析。结果表明,在Mg_xZr_(1-x)B_2合金中能够析出MgB_2相,但MgB_4和MgB_7这些中间相较多,Zr掺杂为10%时,MgB_2相的品质较好。
Mg_xZr_ (1-x) B_2 alloys (x = 5%, 10% and 20%) were obtained by high frequency induction melting technique. The microstructure and chemical composition of the sample were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope, and differential thermal analysis was performed on the sample. The results show that the MgB_2 phase can be precipitated in the Mg_xZr_ (1-x) B_2 alloy, while the intermediate phases MgB_4 and MgB_7 are more abundant. When the Zr content is 10%, the MgB_2 phase is better.
