For some loss-making enterprises to strengthen internal management, to achieve losses and increase profits, it has a certain positive effect. However, the implementation of “reduce people and increase efficiency” is only one way to deepen the internal reform of state-owned enterprises, and it is not the only way for companies to turn losses into profits. In our textile industry, a few loss-making enterprises use the name “reduce people and increase efficiency” to push the contradictions to the society to cover up their internal management confusion and ineffective management.
