针对航空不锈钢30CrMnSiA加工效率和加工质量的问题,从粗加工角度出发,研究大去除率条件下切削参数对切削力的影响规律。以主轴转速、每齿进给量、轴向切深与径向切深为影响因素,采用多因素正交试验与极差分析法对铣削力进行研究。分析结果表明:在大去除率铣削参数条件下,径向切深、每齿进给量、主轴转速分别为X、Y、Z三个方向切削力的最主要影响因素。
Aiming at the problem of machining efficiency and processing quality of aviation stainless steel 30CrMnSiA, the influence of cutting parameters on cutting force under large removal rate was studied from the viewpoint of rough machining. Taking the spindle speed, feed per tooth, axial depth of cut and radial depth of cut as the influencing factors, the milling forces were studied by using orthogonal test and range analysis. The analysis results show that under the conditions of milling parameters with large removal rate, the radial depth of cut, the feed per tooth and the spindle speed are the main factors affecting the cutting forces in X, Y and Z directions respectively.
