中职高三“3+2”班有其特殊的身份,那就是高三与大一身份的合一。“3+2”班学生要学习难度骤然提高的大一教材内容,面临着如何有目的、有意义地完成大专学业、如何应对不久后走上工作岗位时的各种现实问题。因此,作为一线教师,有必要在传授知识的同时对学生开展德育教育,使学生更加明确上大学的目的、进行职业生涯规划、学会终身学习、利用网络开展学习、正确择业和处理人际关系等。
Vocational high school “3 +2 ” class has its special identity, that is, the third year and freshman identity of unity. Students in “3 + 2 ” class have to learn how to deal with the sudden increase of freshman textbooks. They are facing various practical problems when they have purposeful and meaningful accomplishments in tertiary education and how to deal with their positions in the near future. Therefore, as a front-line teacher, it is necessary to educate students on moral education at the same time as imparting knowledge so that students can better understand the purpose of college, career planning, learn lifelong learning, use the Internet to learn, correct career choice and interpersonal relationships.
