为了获得高功率的2μm激光输出,本文采用带尾纤输出的高功率激光二极管(LD)泵浦高掺杂浓度的掺铥双包层光纤,激光器的谐振腔采用光纤光栅,得到该激光器的阈值功率为5.6W。实验中测得泵浦电流增加至50 A时,激光器的输出功率为11.25 W,斜率效率为28%;进一步将此激光作为种子光,通过增加泵浦功率对其进行二级放大。放大过程设计了有效的散热装置,当一个泵浦模块工作时,测得采用散热装置前后激光器的输出功率提高了19.3%;以此为基础使三个模块同时工作,测得泵浦电流为138 A时,输出功率为36.2 W。
In order to obtain a high power 2μm laser output, a high power laser diode (LD) with pigtailed output is used to pump a high doping concentration doped double-clad fiber with a fiber grating in the resonator of the laser to obtain the threshold of the laser The power is 5.6W.
