本实验采用60Coγ辐照与小麦赤霉菌粗毒素的多种剂量组合,研究复合处理对小麦幼胚离体培养的影响。结果表明,γ辐照与毒素处理能降低愈伤组织诱导率,接种后第40天,愈伤组织存活率及愈伤组织生长量亦降低。但50Gy辐照对愈伤组织生长有一定刺激效应。复合处理剂量效应方程多为二元多项式。100ml/L毒素培养基上得到的再生植株,其苯丙氨酸裂解酶活性显著高于无毒培养基上得到的对照。
In this experiment, the combination of 60Coγ irradiation with the crude toxin of wheat scab was used to study the effects of compound treatment on the in vitro culture of wheat immature embryos. The results showed that γ irradiation and toxin treatment could reduce the callus induction rate. On the 40th day after inoculation, callus survival rate and callus growth rate also decreased. However, 50Gy irradiation had a certain stimulating effect on callus growth. Compound treatment dose effect equation mostly binary polynomial. The regenerated plants obtained on 100ml / L toxin medium had significantly higher phenylalanine lyase activity than the control obtained on non-toxic medium.
