目的 :探讨 b FGF及 PDGFR的表达与同种异体肾移植慢性排斥反应血管病变之间的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学 SP法研究 2 3例排斥肾组织、12例正常肾组织、14例远离癌的正常肾组织血管中 b FGF及PDGFR的表达。结果 :b FGF及 PDGFR在排斥组织血管平滑肌细胞、内膜层的表达明显高于正常及癌旁组织 ,差异有显著性意义 ,其中内膜层的差异较平滑肌层更为明显。结论 :b FGF及 PDGFR的表达可调控正常血管组织 ,过度表达与肾移植慢性排斥反应血管病变密切相关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between the expression of b FGF and PDGFR and the pathogenesis of chronic allograft rejection in renal allograft. Methods: The expressions of bFGF and PDGFR in 23 renal tissues, 12 normal renal tissues and 14 normal renal tissues far away from cancer were studied by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: The expressions of bFGF and PDGFR in the excised tissues of vascular smooth muscle cells and endometrium were significantly higher than those in normal and paracancerous tissues, the difference was significant, and the difference of intima was more obvious than that in smooth muscle. Conclusion: b FGF and PDGFR expression can regulate normal vascular tissue, overexpression and renal allograft rejection is closely related to vascular disease.
