本文结合工程实例,主要从温度应力控制、水平施工缝和竖向后浇带的处理、混凝土输送过程中离析和坍落度的控制等,采用冷却水管的方法解决了复杂的大体积混凝土的温控问题,效地降低了成本,提高了效率。阐述了基础大体积混凝土施工在高层基础中的应用,设置合理的混凝土强度评定龄期,优化混凝土的材料结构,降低水泥用量,试验测定该配合比的绝热温升,为温度建模分析和制定温控措施提供依据。
