热双金属片与形状记忆合金二者均能显示出形状随温度升降而发生变化的效应。但是由于它们的动作来源是基于不同的机制,因而显示出不同的动作特性,在应用上也具有各自的特色。热双金属片已有悠久的使用历史,而记忆合金则是近年发展起来的新材料,本文的目的在于为设计及应用热敏元件的工作者提供某些基本数据及材料学的原理,以进一步熟悉记忆合金这一新材料,使之能在更多的领域内为工程技术服务。
