本文利用计算几何理论和螺旋面啮合理论,建立了一套加工各种螺旋面刀具轴截形的通用公式和数值解法.此法计算工作量小,特別利于使用计算机设计计算。
In this paper, a set of general formulas and numerical solutions for machining the shaft truncation of various helical cutter tools are established by using the theory of computational geometry and the theory of helicoid meshing. This method has less computational load and is especially benefit to the computer design calculation.
