几天的会议,十多个丝绸职工教育的先进集体和先进个人介绍了经验,内容十分丰富。反映了丝绸系统开展职工教育工作已初见成效。我们这次大会的任务,就是要承前启后,继往开来,用改革的观点,总结前一段工作的经验,明确方向,统一认识,为开创丝绸行业职工教育新局面,作好思想和行动准备。主要收获近年来,丝绸系统职工教育发展较快,从普及走向提高;从单一文化教育到技术教育和专业培训;从“双补”转向全面培训;从现职教育到后备干部力量的培养;从自己单一办学到与社会上多方协作。通过多种途径、多种层次办学,使全系统的办学覆盖率已达到70%;青壮年职工文化补课合格率已
In the days of the conference, more than a dozen advanced collectives and advanced individuals in the education of silk workers introduced their experiences, which are very rich in content.
