安徽省是发展股份合作制乡镇企业比较早的省份之一,到1993年底,全省股份合作制乡镇企业实现产值135亿元,占乡镇企业总产值1100亿元的12.3％,成为乡镇企业发展的新增长点。但是,目前我省“改制”的步伐却不大,这里既有认识问题,也有对“改制”政策和方法的把握问题,因此,加强对这些问题的研究很有必要。
