制备了多种Al98-3xCu2xFexNi1Ce0.5Zr0.5合金喷射成形毛坯,同时研究了该类合金的快速凝固组织和硬度随合金组分变化的规律。结果发现:预成形毛坯的平均致密度大于968%,毛坯底部的孔隙以搭接式为主;随着Cu,Fe合金元素含量的提高,其组织形态变化的规律为:细小晶粒组织→粒状析出相→细针状析出相,且硬度值单调上升。当x≤1时,快速凝固态合金的硬度值高于普通铸造状态的硬度值;当x>1时,结果相反。
A variety of Al98-3xCu2xFexNi1Ce0.5Zr0.5 alloy injection molding blank were prepared, and the rapid solidification microstructure and hardness of these alloys with the alloy composition changes. The results show that the average density of the preform is greater than 96.8%, and the porosity at the bottom of the blank is dominated by overlap. The regularity of the microstructure of the preform is as follows: → granular precipitation phase → fine needle-like precipitation phase, and the hardness value monotonically increases. When x≤1, the hardness of the rapidly solidified alloy is higher than that of the normal casting state. When x> 1, the result is the opposite.
