随着文化理论的兴起,我国越来越多的企业开始认识到企业成功与企业文化有着紧密的关系,越来越多的企业在积极主动地探索构建有自身特色的企业文化。文章阐述了我国企业文化建设中存在的问题和原因,并提出解决这些问题的一些对策。
With the rise of cultural theory, more and more enterprises in our country are beginning to recognize that business success has a close relationship with corporate culture. More and more enterprises are actively exploring to build their own unique corporate culture. The article expounds the problems and causes in the construction of our country’s corporate culture and puts forward some countermeasures to solve these problems.
