Herzog Electrical: Safe and Conductive M.B. Herzog was founded in 1974 as an electrical contractor. The company lost only one-third of the work-related injuries to the industry average. The most important element of Herzog’s management philosophy is creating a safe working environment where workers can work safely. Herzog Electrical is equipped with a full-time safety supervisor and one of her duties is to provide continuous safety training for the site staff. “The company places the safety of hired workers at the top of all the priority lists.” Herzog Electrical Ryan Herzog, president of the company, said, “Over the past three years we have created a complete Zero Accident safety culture.”
