采用钨系双组分催化剂 WCl6/ Et2 Al Cl进行双环戊二烯开环歧化聚合反应制得交联聚双环戊二烯 ,测定了其拉伸强度、屈服强度、弯曲强度及缺口冲击强度等力学性能。用 X射线衍射法研究了聚合物的结晶性 ,采用扫描电镜研究了聚合物的缺口冲击断面、拉伸断面及脆断面的断裂形态。研究结果表明 ,开环歧化交联聚双环戊二烯是一种兼具较高模量、高冲击强度的结晶性高聚物。其拉伸曲线分析表明 ,材料是以延性方式断裂的。对于形态和断裂方式对聚合物冲击性能的影响也进行了讨论。
Tungsten-based two-component catalyst WCl6 / Et2AlCl was used to carry out ring-opening disproportionation polymerization of dicyclopentadiene to obtain crosslinked poly dicyclopentadiene. The mechanical properties such as tensile strength, yield strength, flexural strength and notched impact strength were measured performance. The crystallinity of the polymer was investigated by X-ray diffraction. The fracture morphology of the polymer at notched impact section, tensile section and brittle fracture section was studied by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the ring-opening disproportionation crosslinked polydicyclopentadiene is a crystalline polymer with high modulus and high impact strength. The tensile curve analysis shows that the material is ruptured in a ductile manner. The effect of morphology and mode of fracture on polymer impact properties is also discussed.
