本文采用32Kg重物挤压家兔双后肢的大腿和臀部5小时,复制出挤压伤的动物模型,在此基础上观察了解压后24小时反映组织细胞损伤的血浆MDA、NAG及反映器官功能指标的血浆GPT、肌酐、尿NAG和肺通透指数变化,并分别用自由基清除剂CoQ10和甘露醇于挤压前和解压前5分钟静脉注射,观察其对挤压伤的治疗作用。实验结果显示,挤压伤后血浆MDA、NAG显著性升高、心,肝、肺、肾、小肠和骨骼肌组织MDA显著性增高,肝、肺、肾等器官功能明显降低,应用CoQ10和甘露醇显示出减轻组织损伤保护器官功能的作用,但两者间没有明显差异。本文认为,CoQ10和甘露醇可能通过抗自由甚途径对挤压伤后多器官功能损害起保护作用。
In this paper, 32Kg heavy objects were used to squeeze the thighs and buttocks of double hind limbs of rabbits for 5 hours to replicate the crush injury animal model. This paper argues that CoQ10 and mannitol may have a protective effect on multiple organ dysfunction after crush injury by anti-free route.
