目的探讨湖南地区不同年龄、不同前列腺体积血清中总前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)、游离前列腺特异性抗原(fPSA)及fPSA/tPSA水平,并评价年龄和前列腺体积与上述指标水平的相关性。方法应用ELISA法测定689名40~89岁男性血清tPSA和fPSA水平及fPSA/tPSA比值,同时应用两个变量间的直线相关方法统计年龄和前列腺与各PSA水平的相关性。结果 40~49岁组前列腺体积(ml)、tPSA(ng/ml)、fPSA(ng/ml)、fPSA/tPSA分别为(12.4±2.9)、(0.79±0.18)、(0.21±0.17)、(0.33±0.13);50~59岁组为(19.7±5.8)、(1.39±1.03)、(0.43±0.37)、(0.31±0.15);60~69岁组为(26.7±8.4)、(2.32±2.50)、(0.69±0.49)、(0.30±0.16);70~79岁组为(31.2±10.1)、(2.82±2.87)、(0.87±0.52)、(0.32±0.14);80~89岁组为(32.3±14.3)、(3.16±2.90)、(1.03±0.96)、(0.31±0.17)。结论年龄、前列腺体积与PSA水平有直接相关性。
Objective To investigate the levels of total prostate-specific antigen (PSA), free prostate-specific antigen (fPSA) and fPSA / tPSA in serum of different age and different prostate volumes in Hunan Province and to evaluate the correlation between age and prostate volume and the above indexes. Methods The serum levels of tPSA and fPSA and the ratio of fPSA / tPSA in 689 men aged from 89 to 89 were measured by ELISA. The correlation between age, prostate and PSA were also calculated by linear correlation between the two variables. Results The mean prostate volume (tPSA, ng / ml, fPSA / tPSA) were (12.4 ± 2.9), (0.79 ± 0.18) and 0.33 ± 0.13) in the age group from 50 to 59 years old (19.7 ± 5.8), (1.39 ± 1.03), (0.43 ± 0.37) and (0.31 ± 0.15) respectively, and (26.7 ± 8.4) and (2.32 ± (0.29 ± 0.49) and (0.30 ± 0.16) in the age group of 70-79 years, (2.82 ± 2.87) and (0.87 ± 0.52) days in the 70-79 years group (32.3 ± 14.3), (3.16 ± 2.90), (1.03 ± 0.96), (0.31 ± 0.17) respectively. Conclusion Age, prostate volume and PSA levels are directly related.
