柔性管理是一种“以人为本”的管理思想。高校图书馆对馆员的柔性管理应尊重关心馆员,与馆员进行有效沟通,加强民主管理,建立激励机制和培训制度,增强集体凝聚力,营造宽松和谐的工作氛围。对读者服务实施柔性管理的策略是:以良好形象影响读者,以广博知识服务读者,对读者实施人文关怀。
Flexible management is a “people-oriented ” management thinking. The flexible management of librarians in university library should respect the librarians concerned, communicate effectively with librarians, strengthen the democratic management, establish the incentive mechanism and training system, enhance the collective cohesion and create a relaxed and harmonious working atmosphere. The tactics of implementing flexible management for readers’ services are as follows: influencing readers with good image, serving broad readership with readers and implementing humane care to readers.
