以小冠花和蛇鞭菊种子为试材,研究了98%浓硫酸处理不同时间、不同浓度的赤霉素、不同温度的温水浸泡处理对小冠花和蛇鞭菊种子萌发的影响。结果表明:98%浓硫酸浸泡处理小冠花种子20min效果较好,第5天开始发芽,发芽率达92.7%。3种处理方法对蛇鞭菊种子的发芽促进作用很小,均无显著差异,其中用清水浸泡24h的蛇鞭菊发芽率最高,为77.3%,因此更好的促进蛇鞭菊种子萌发的方法还有待进一步研究。
The effects of 98% concentrated sulfuric acid treatment with different concentrations of gibberellic acid and different temperature on the germination of the seedlings were studied in the experiment. The results showed that the seed germination of Corolla under 98% concentrated sulfuric acid for 20min was better, and germinated on the fifth day with the germination rate of 92.7%. The three treatment methods had little effect on the germination of Lagerstroemia indica seeds, and there was no significant difference among them. Among them, the germination rate of Lagecion was 24.3% Still needs further study.
