企业思想政治工作对于企业发展的作用是巨大的,但在现实中不少企业对于思想政治工作的重要还存有疑惑。本文从分析企业思想政治工作与企业发展的密切联系入手,分别从当前思想政治工作的问题以及如何解决问题两个方面进行了详细论述。
The role of ideological and political work in enterprise development is huge, but in reality many enterprises still have doubts about the importance of ideological and political work. This article analyzes the close relationship between the ideological and political work in enterprises and the development of the enterprises, and elaborates in detail from the two aspects of the current ideological and political work and how to solve the problems respectively.
