最近,学习了资阳市委书记钟勉在资阳市政协一届四次会议闭幕会上所作的题为《把加快发展作为资阳一切工作的主题》的重要讲话,感慨颇多。钟书记的讲话围绕加快发展这一主题,着重谈了加快资阳工业发展的重要性和紧迫性,这不由得使我想起了“西部车城”这个话题,并引发了我思考已久的对于建设“西部车城”的思考。 Recently, I listened deeply to the important speech made by Zhong Min, Party Secretary of Ziyang, at the closing meeting of the fourth session of the first CPPCC National Committee in Ziyang, entitled “Speeding up Development as the Theme of All Ziyang’s Work”. Focusing on the issue of accelerating the development of Ziyang Industry, the speech by Secretary Shu Zhongguandu stressed the importance and urgency of speeding up the development of Ziyang Industry. This reminds me of the topic of “the automobile city in the west” and triggered the long-awaited thought of “ Western car city ”thinking.
