为了满足新形式下参考咨询需求,充分保障图书馆参考咨询工作服务,本文在图腾图书集成管理系统数据库基础上,通过VB、PHP等开发工具,建立IM型参考咨询系统.该系统实现了咨询者与咨询员之间即时讯息交流,增强了信息参考咨询效果.
In order to meet the needs of the new form of reference consulting and fully guarantee library reference work, this paper builds an IM reference system based on the database of Totem Book Integrated Management System through VB, PHP and other development tools.The system implements the consultant Instant message exchanges with counselors enhance the effectiveness of information reference.
