一、吸收武制冷机简介吸收式制冷机一般包括发生器、冷凝器、吸收器、蒸发器四大部件(见图1)。来自发生器的高压气态制冷剂先在冷凝器中冷凝为液态,再经膨胀阀减压降温进入蒸发器,在蒸发器中完成吸热制冷的任务后,变为低压气态制冷剂,流入吸收器,被液态吸收剂吸收,形成制冷剂——吸收剂溶液。该溶液经泵升压进入发生器,在发生器中被加热,使其中低沸点的制冷剂大量气化变成高压气态制冷剂,与吸收剂分离。剩下的吸收剂溶液从发生器排出,经
I. Introduction of Absorption Chillers Absorption Chillers generally include generators, condensers, absorbers, and evaporators (see Figure 1). The high-pressure gaseous refrigerant from the generator is first condensed in the condenser to a liquid state, and then reduced in temperature by the expansion valve to enter the evaporator. After the heat-absorbing and cooling task is completed in the evaporator, it becomes a low-pressure gas refrigerant and flows into the absorber. It is absorbed by the liquid absorbent to form a refrigerant-absorbent solution. The solution is pumped up into the generator and heated in the generator so that a large amount of the low-boiling refrigerant is vaporized into a high-pressure gaseous refrigerant and separated from the absorbent. The remaining absorbent solution is discharged from the generator.
