目的:考察D-(-)-麻黄碱、DL-伪麻黄碱在二氧化碳(CO2)流体中的溶解行为。方法:采用单通路法,手性添加剂法毛细管电冰。结果:当温度为303.15~328.15K(30~55℃)、压力为6.5~20.0 MPa时,D-(-)-麻黄碱、DL-伪麻黄碱性CO2中的溶解度并不随CO2密度增加而升高。结论:D-(-)-麻黄碱和DL-伪麻黄碱在CO2中的溶解行为存在临界异常现象。
Objective: To investigate the dissolution behavior of D - (-) - ephedrine and DL-pseudoephedrine in carbon dioxide (CO2) fluid. Methods: Single-pass method, chiral additive method capillary electric ice. Results: The solubility of D - (-) - ephedrine and DL - pseudoephedrine in alkaline CO2 did not increase with the increase of CO2 concentration at the temperature of 303.15 ~ 328.15K (30 ~ 55 ℃) and the pressure of 6.5 ~ 20.0 MPa. Conclusion: There is a critical anomaly in the dissolution behavior of D - (-) - ephedrine and DL-pseudoephedrine in CO2.
