“校企合作”产业学院下二元制专业人才培养模式实践研究

——以新奇特汽车产业学院为例

摘要：本文以新奇特汽车产业学院建设为契机，立足企业实际需求，围绕学校培养和企业需求无缝对接、产教融合协同育人的目标，培养适应行业领域市场竞争需求的高素质技能型人才，阐述校企合作产业学院二元制专业人才培养模式的实践与成效。

Abstract： This paper takes the construction of Xinqite Automobile Industry college as an opportunity， based on the actual needs of enterprises， focuses on the goal of seamless connection between school training and enterprise needs， integration of industry and education and collaborative education， trains high-quality skilled talents to meet the needs of market competition in the industry field， and expounds the practice and effectiveness of the dual professional talent training mode of school enterprise cooperative industry college.
