作为国民经济的支柱产业,房地产行业的稳定运行对于完成“十三五”经济目标、保障供给侧结构性改革顺利进行至关重要。房地产行业面临长期系统性下行压力,总量过剩、区域分化的结构性矛盾凸显,去库存任务艰巨,其风险与经济、金融风险交织在一起,这都需要加快房地产行业供给侧结构性改革,促进房地产行业长期健康发展,从而推动经济增长和结构调整。
