河南作为农业大省,其农村信息化程度将直接影响整个中部地区的发展以及中央“中部崛起”政策的贯彻力度。近年来,河南省不断加大农村信息化建设力度,全省基本建成了从省到市、县、乡的信息网络服务平台。但由于我省农业信息化基础差、起步晚,在发展中难免会出现一些不容忽视的问题。针对这些问题迫切需要提出一些具有实践意义的政策建议。 As a big agricultural province in Henan, the degree of rural informatization will directly affect the development of the entire Central Region and the implementation of the Central “Rise of Central China” policy. In recent years, Henan Province has continuously intensified the construction of rural informatization and basically completed the information network service platform from the province to the cities, counties and townships. However, due to the poor agricultural informatization in our province, starting late, inevitably there will be some problems that can not be ignored in the development. In response to these problems, it is urgent to put forward some practical policy suggestions.
