本文用高效液相色谱法在ＹＷＧ－Ｃ１８柱上，以甲醇－ｐＨ３．６的缓冲液（含０．０１５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的四丁基溴化铵）为流动相，在２８０ｎｍ和２３７ｎｍ处分别测定了盐酸达克罗宁和克霉唑的含量。结果平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为：９８．９３％，１．０４％；９９．１２％，１．１５％。醋酸地塞米松及霜剂基质均无干扰。
