目的了解城镇中学生人际敏感现状及其家庭因素,为早期家庭干预提供依据。方法运用症状自评量表、父母教养方式量表和自编问卷,对722名城镇中学生进行调查。结果人际敏感为(2.08±0.72)分;人际问题检出率为13.4%(男生10.8%、女生15.6%);初一为10.1%、高二为17.9%;初高中分别为10.6%和16.0%(χ2=9.12,P<0.01);父母经常吵架的家庭为25.5%(OR=2.42);人际敏感分与父母教养方式分偏相关系数最高为0.38(P<0.01);存在行为问题的学生人际问题发生率也高,其中自卑嫉妒学生人际问题的检出率是不自卑嫉妒的6.80倍。Logistic回归分析:父亲对学生情感温暖理解、不过度保护,父母关心子女心理健康、母亲对孩子期望高有预防人际敏感问题发生的作用。结论良好的家庭教养环境能降低人际敏感问题发生率。
Objective To understand the status quo of interpersonal sensitivity and family factors of urban middle school students and provide basis for early family intervention. Methods A total of 722 middle school students in cities and towns were surveyed by using self-rating symptom scale, parental rearing style questionnaire and self-made questionnaire. Results Interpersonal sensitivity was (2.08 ± 0.72) points. The detection rate of interpersonal problems was 13.4% (10.8% for boys and 15.6% for girls). The first intercourse was 10.1% and the second intercourse was 17.9%. The first intercourse was 10.6% and 16.0% (χ2 = 9.12, P <0.01). The parents who quarreled frequently were 25.5% (OR = 2.42). The highest partial correlation coefficient between interpersonal sensitivity and parental rearing was 0.38 (P <0.01). The students’ interpersonal problems with behavioral problems The incidence is also high, among them inferiority and jealous students interpersonal problems the detection rate is not inferior 6.80 times jealous. Logistic regression analysis: The father understands the students’ emotional warmth, but does not over-protect, the parents care about their children’s mental health, and the mother’s expectation on the children has the effect of preventing interpersonal sensitive problems. Conclusion Good family rearing environment can reduce the incidence of interpersonal sensitivity problems.
