本文结合秦皇岛港、上海港的典型煤码头堆场雨污水径流系数的测定,对港口环境保护建设工程涉及的重要参数——径流系数的取值进行了研究,并就其结果进行了定性、定量的讨论,结合煤炭饱和含水量和渗透速率的实验测定和数据统计分析,对港口煤堆场、煤垛的径流现象及影响因素进行了探讨和说明,为径流系数的取值确定和工程的应用研究提供了依据和基础。
